New year, new section! I talk about kindness a lot, because I think it's really important. It doesn't require some grandiose gesture, just a little intention. Each week I'm gonna use this section to send out an idea on how to extend kindness to others, and to yourself, in hopes we all do a better job of making kindness a habit.
So for this week, I'm going to suggest holding the door for someone. Simple and easy, you got this.

I'm not big on breakfast for dinner, but the other night I pretty much only had eggs in the fridge, so I had to get inventive. And by inventive, I mean I Googled some recipes and decided to try this one out because I oddly enough had cucumbers in my fridge too. Anyways, it's pretty much fried rice minus some veggies and not all stirred up. It was easy to make and also delicious. Give it a shot.
